Johannesburg, South Africa is where Nurses with Purpose began. The love for service grew in this beautiful country. 

Nurses with Purpose prides ourselves on the safety, security and exclusivity of our missions.  Below is a general idea of what our missions looks like. Once you are accepted into the program you will have details of the mission.

What is included:

• Impactful service providing Primary & Preventative Healthcare services with screenings, healthcare education, community projects, along with essential item & food distribution. 
• Work settings include, villages, pop up clinics, townships, home visits and schools
• Welcome Dinner of the 7 Colors to usher the team in for a wonderful week ahead 
• Accommodations, 2 Bedroom apartment with shared common spaces such as full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer & patio
• 1 overnight stay at a 4-4.5 star private game lodge while on Safari
• Try to spot the BIG 5 on a scenic safari drive with the rangers.
• Go back in time and learn about the tribes of South Africa visiting a cultural village that has interactive traditional drumming, dance and story telling
• Lion Park & Safari Tour along with giraffe feeding 
• With true urban flair, Johannesburg is full of talented artist where we will stop at Art Galleries while visiting local markets for your shopping experience
• Visit the vibey area of SOWETO where we stop at a historic monument, see street dancers and entertainment 
• Celebration Dinner to reflect on our service time  
• Airport transfer round trip
