Don't have a lot of PTO but still want to make impact in a profound way? Join us for our South Africa Mini Mission. 5 days in Johannesburg, South Africa with 3 service days and 2 fun filled excursion days.  

Nurses with Purpose prides ourselves on the safety, security and exclusivity of our missions.  Below is a general idea of what our missions looks like. Once you are accepted into the program you will have details of the mission. 

A week at a glance:

Arrival Day 1! Meet & Greet with a Delicious Celebratory South African Cuisine Dinner of the 7 Colors & story telling 

Days 2-4 Days of Giving Back! Primary & Preventative healthcare services with screenings, healthcare education, community projects, home visits, along with food distribution  

Day 5 Fun Filled Activities  

• An excellent time for shopping, great restaurants with music to fill your hearts! 

Departure Day 6 Departure Day (Book an evening flight) 

• Visit the vibey and historic area of SOWETO! 
• Traditional African dancers with drumming 
• Stop by the iconic & historical site of Nelson Mandela Home 
• Visit a famous monument of Hector Pieterson Museum
