What better way to have a meaningful trip to AFRICA! This unique mission is only available once a year and is open to people who have a heart & desire to help those in need.  All healthcare disciplines are able to join this mission trip that is filled with service, learning about culture and having fun with customized experiences. 

Nurses with Purpose prides ourselves on the safety, security and exclusivity of our missions.  Below is a general idea of what our missions looks like. Once you are accepted into the program you will have details of the mission. 

A week at a glance:

3-4 Days of giving back! 

• Primary Healthcare services in villages, informal settlements, and schools
• Healthcare education
• Screenings 

Culture learning & Fun! 

• Go back in time and learn about the tribes of South Africa with traditional drumming, dance and story telling
• Watch the Kings of the jungle roam around at Lion Park Tour 
• Meet Zoe the Giraffe up close and personal and have a chance to feed her 
• Jump on the Red City Bus and drive through the most beautiful scenic routes of Johannesburg while learning about its rich history and making some spots along the way 
• With true Urban flair, Johannesburg is full of talented artist where we will stop at Art Galleries throughout the city while visiting local markets
• Try to spot the BIG 5 on a safari drive! This will be the icing on the cake when you go on a game drive with the rangers.
